Key actions include drilling wells, installing solar-powered tanks, and water ATM’s for the community.   StrikeWater plans to operate with  subsidiaries in East Africa, governed by a US-based C. Corp. StrikerWater is teaming with locals in every community to ensure maintenance and security concerns are addressed on a daily basis

Mary Walraven

With 34 years in the mortgage industry, Mary is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur known for her expertise in market expansion and operational optimization. As the founder of Titan Lenders Corp, she transformed the company into a multi- million-dollar enterprise during challenging economic times. Now, as EVP at MetaSource, Mary leverages her extensive experience to drive strategic growth, enhance efficiency, and improve client outcomes within the Mortgage Solutions Division, ensuring the company stays innovative and competitive in the market.

Bill Morgan

Mr. Morgan, Founding Principal and CEO of Avistas, is an international management consultant with 30+ years of experience driving business growth through secure ICT solutions. He has pioneered smart city initiatives since the early 1990s, including GAATN, which saves participants $25M annually, and ICT planning for Fiesta Texas. He has also advised the World Bank on Rwanda’s National Data Center and contributed to global projects such as the King Abdullah Economic City. Recognized for innovation and leadership, he holds a B.S. in Telecommunications Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University.

Dustin Knutson

Dustin Knutson is a strategic leader and organizational advisor with a proven track record of transforming vision into results across sectors including healthcare, education, energy, and venture capital. He has led financial and operational turnarounds, driving EBITDA growth, debt reduction, and cultural realignment in both private equity-backed firms and mission-driven organizations. Dustin holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and has served in executive advisory roles for global enterprises such as Saudi Aramco. His experience also includes providing market intelligence and strategic guidance to early-stage ventures and investment groups.

Tyler Horsley

A former US Federal Officer and military contractor, founded Nuclear Networking, a growth agency that offered fractional marketing teams and go-to-market strategies. The agency ranked in the top 5% on the INC 5000 list before its sale to a private equity firm, where Tyler became a partner.In private equity, he has raised, funded, and sold organizations in sectors like federal court reporting, luxury retail, and global manufacturing, completing 11 transactions in five years. Tyler focuses on growth strategies for private equity portfolios and advises companies, while also serving on boards to help nonprofits improve global living standards.

Smachs Foundation

Strikewater Kenya and Smachs Foundation have signed an MOU to expand clean water access, strengthen school based agriculture, and advance community development, while deploying family filters and secure water ATM networks. The three year framework will promote women’s empowerment, attract impact investment, and pilot smart community technologies under the co branded Strikewater Smachs banner.

Started a school in Rwanda in 2012 , which is now the top school in Rwanda and has the favor of the Government .

Sustainability

Partnering with the local government to handle all maintenance and repairs for ATMs, wells, and pipelines, reducing costs and ensuring continuous access to clean water for the community.

Families Served

By the end of 2029, StrikeWater’s ATMs will produce over 19 Million liters of water per year, serving approximately 41,000+ families served annually.
